How is my donation used?

Wurzelhelden e.V. is an officially recognized non-profit organization based in Germany. We guarantee that your donation will go directly toward our global mission to heal the earth (§ 2 of our Articles of Association):

• Reforestation: Transforming scarred landscapes and empty fields in Germany into thriving native forests.

• Education: Environmental programs and hands-on workshops for children and youth.

• Awareness: Public campaigns to foster global environmental consciousness.

 

Is my donation tax-deductible?

Because Wurzelhelden e.V. is registered in Germany, donations are fully tax-deductible for German tax residents. If you file taxes outside of Germany, please consult your local tax regulations regarding cross-border donations to European non-profits.

 

Will I receive a donation receipt?

Yes, absolutely. No matter the amount, we are happy to issue an official donation receipt (Zuwendungsbestätigung) as proof of your support.

To ensure we can deliver your receipt, please remember to include your full postal address and email address in the transfer reference/memo field (Verwendungszweck) when making your donation. We will process and email your receipt as soon as possible.
